Mutura is also referred to as African Sausage: It is a tiny pieces of Tripe Liver Mutton sauted on a dry pan with spring onions; with/without chillis and stuffed into the intestine part of the tripe for that firmness.
Mutura was traditional prepared by the male folk during dowry negotiation ceremonies, then exclusively served to the female folk.
